v 1.02 - Security patch and small tweaks
Esperanza » Devlog
Since I was updating the builds for this game due to a recently discovered security issue with the Unity Editor, I have made some small tweaks.
- Most notably, keyboard controls are changed to now conform to Gameboy and NES emulator standards. J and Z are now interact instead of space and enter, but pause and movement remain the same. Controls for controller have not changed.
- The game is also now limited to 60 frames per second. This is because the speed the dialogue is printed scales with the frame rate. This was neither intended nor noticed when I first released the game, as I only had a 60 hertz monitor to view it on.
- Lastly, I fixed various small issues that I felt got in the way of the games experience. This includes bug fixes, cutscene tweaks and map changes.
